Venmo gives you two ways to get your transactions out. The first is a built-in CSV export — but it has a 90-day limit and limited filtering. Option 1: Venmo's Built-In Export (Up to 90 Days)
Go to venmo.com (not the mobile app) → sign in → click your profile → Statements → select date range → Download CSV. This gives you a CSV directly — no conversion needed. The catch: 90-day maximum, and it includes all Venmo fees and metadata columns you may not need.
For business accounts, go to your Business Profile → Transactions → Export.
Option 2: PDF Statement → CSV (No Time Limit)
For history beyond 90 days — or if you need a cleaner format — download your Venmo PDF statement: venmo.com → profile → Statements → select month → Download PDF. Venmo keeps monthly statements going back several years.
