Day Pass Refunds
- Before First Use: Full refund if you haven't converted any files
- After First Use: No refunds (pass is valid for 24 hours from purchase)
- Technical Issues: Full refund if the service was unavailable during your pass period
To request a Day Pass refund, contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
Monthly Subscription Refunds
- All Subscriptions: No refunds on monthly subscriptions
- Cancellation: You can cancel anytime to stop future charges
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll retain access until then.
Service Issues
If you experience technical problems:
- Contact support immediately
- We'll fix the issue or provide a refund at our discretion
- Extended outages may qualify for prorated credits
Conversion Errors

Refunds are NOT provided for conversion inaccuracies or formatting issues. You must review all converted data before use. See our Terms of Service for details.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@statementstosheets.com with your account email
- Include your order/transaction ID
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- We'll respond within 2 business days
- Approved refunds processed within 5-10 business days
Non-Refundable Situations
- Violations of Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or abusive account activity
- Change of mind after the refund window
- Third-party software compatibility issues (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
- User error or incorrect file uploads
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Additional fees to cover chargeback costs
- Permanent ban from the service
