How to Download Your PayPal Statement
Log in to paypal.com → click your profile/settings → Statements (under Financial information) → select the statement period → Download PDF. PayPal provides monthly statements for personal and business accounts. For business accounts, activity statements are especially useful as they include itemized fees per transaction.
PayPal also provides a direct CSV download under Activity → Download (select date range and file type). However, this method maxes out at 3 months and the format can be difficult to work with. Our converter works with the PDF statements and produces a clean, consistent output regardless of the statement period.
Transaction Data Extracted
